Hotel Rules And Management Policies

In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between

the guest and The Lime Boutique Suites” (hereinafter called ‘Management’) under which rooms and common areas are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-

1. Tariff

The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable. Meals and other services are available at and extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the Duty Manager. Guest registration forms must be signed along with this document on arrivals.

2. Settlement of Bills

Bills must be settled on presentation in cash, credit or debit card only. Personal cheques are not accepted at all.

3. Company's Lien on Guest's Luggage and Belongings

In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the lien on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without making any reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriated towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

4. Check-in

All the guests are required to present their Photo Identity Proof (Passport or Adhaar Card) along with their residential proof (Passport or Adhaar Card) upon arrival at the Check-in counter. In case of any visitor wants to meet the guest, such visitor is required to present their Photo ID and Address Proof for Inspection and for hotel records. Document’s photo copies shall be allowed as back up copy for Hotel Records.

5. Departure

Check out time at the Hotel is 12 noon. In case if you wish to extend your stay beyond this time, you are required to duly inform the reception well in advance of 4 hours. Extension is subject to availability and at the discretion of the management and will be purely on a chargeable basis. Charges may please be enquired at the reception counter. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of the said period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest along with his/her belongings from the room that he/she has occupied.

6. Luggage Storage

Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room not beyond 15 days and at the guest's sole risk. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to their Luggage kept in the luggage room. Post 15 Days it is at the management’s discretion to either dispose of or return the luggage to the bearer of the luggage tag.

7. Guest's Belongings

For the safety and convenience of the guest belongings, every room is equipped with an electronic safe locker. All the guests are requested to use those safety lockers for keeping their valuables. Guest’s belongings are the sole responsibility of the guest only. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings.

8. Pets

Guests are not allowed to carry any kind of pets in to the Hotel Premises.

9. Hazardous and Prohibited Goods and Illegal Activity

Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited into the hotel. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management for any loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited into the hotel premises.

10. Damage to Property

The guest is solely responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

11. Management's Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.

12. Management

Management shall not be responsible for any government inspections which might take place as per the information available with them for consumption of drugs or taking place of an illegal activities of any kind. Room guest are advised to abide by the rules and safeguard themselves by not involving themselves in any kind of Illegal activities. Consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited within the Hotel Premises.

13. Relation between Management and Guest

Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favor of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.

14. Government rules and regulations and application of laws

Guest are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws by the Government from time to time.

15. Photographs and Video's

Using photographs and video's taken in hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
